The name "Creagan More", means "large rocks" in Gaelic, and refers to the rock bound, craggy coastline of New England.  The band presents a colorful appearance in that,
with the uniform, each member wears a kilt with his or her own family or clan tartan.

Creagan More

The Creagan More Pipe Band traces its roots back to 2003, when the owner of a newly opened restaurant (the Cygnet) in Beverly Farms contacted Dick Chane about organizing

a group of pipers and drummers to march with his float at the 4th of July Parade.

The rest, as they say, is history.
